I've learned that you never know what you are going to get in the fitness industry.  Ken's services blew me away.  He was personable, professional and skilled in my bike fitting.  My back pain has disappeared since he changed my settings.  He also checked on me after fitting me and provided me with what I needed for the bike shop which was handy.  He even threw in some great pointers (being quite the triathlete!) on my pedal technique.  We talked racing and fitness and I am proud to call him a colleague and proud to be a client as he sets a high standard for fitness services.  I highly recommend him.

"Training with Ken was amazing!  The training sessions were a challenge but Ken had a way of making them fun and engaging.  I keep a crazy schedule as a nurse and with Ken's tailored workouts and vast knowledge of training I saw results in just a matter of weeks!"

In May of 2008 I competed in my first triathlon and struggled through the swim, bike, and run...after a few months I improved greatly on the bike and run but my swim was greatly lagging as I was barely surviving the swim.  It was time for professional help.  I turned to Ken at Fast Tri Sports for a solution.  In just a few lessons Ken gave me the tools/drills I needed to gain the confidence in the water that I never had. This confidence in the water allowed me to take on my first Olympic Distance Triathlon.  Thanks Ken!

Ken, I don't think Nick has ever had a coach he has respected so much.  I see him working harder for you and giving it his all.  He has improved greatly in his road biking, running skills, and transitions since being with you.  His overall health and attention to diet is vastly better! You relate to the kids on such a great level then easily switch gears to talk to us parents.  You are appreciated more than you know.

Hey coach, you're the bomb!  Thanks so much for all you have done.  You keep it easy to understand and working for you is awesome!  thanks for all your help.  Taking 6th in my first elite tri was so cool!  I can't wait for next year!!! Classic Rock rules!!!!

I have always considered myself an athlete but not really into fitness. As a matter of fact up until last November, I had never run more than 2 miles at one time in my life. But I had set a goal for myself to do a Half Ironman Triathlon. I contacted Ken in December and told him I wanted to do a Half Ironman in May. He did not hesitate to take my information and get me started. His workouts were easy to fallow very challenging and most of all effective. He was always available for consult if there were any questions and responded to questions or concerns in a very timely manor. Ken's attention to detail and ability to help trouble shoot problems or concerns is priceless. I completed my first Half Ironman in May and felt great. I am in the best shape of my life and training for a second Half Ironman and hoping to extend to a Full Ironman next year. I can say without hesitation I could not have done it without Ken's professional guidance.

“It exceeded all of my expectations.  I had one of those days where everything really came together and I actually went faster than expected and felt pretty good throughout the race.  Thanks in no small part to all of your support and positive thoughts, I was able to beat my personal goal of 12 hours…and still have some energy to smile for a pic after the race.  Hearing them announce my name along with the words “You are an Ironman” as I crossed the finish line was truly one of the most amazing moments I’ve been fortunate enough to experience.”
