Start up Consultation $69
- one on one meeting with trainer
- required before any personal training session
- critical to establish goals, previous experience, current athletic capabilities, medical history, basic physical testing (body fat, body measurements, blood pressure, etc), time availability and other information

Any active client will receive a one time discount of 50% with referral of new client.
